Review content:
I took a roll of film in to be developed today and they soon called me to say, "sorry we ruined your negatives!" Seems the machine got stuck and they had to open it and exposed my film! They offered me 3 developments free but I will NEVER use them again nor the rest of the establishment!(THAT MEANS MY PHOTOS WERE WORTH 12.00 TO THEM) They shouldn't be in the film developing business if they can't guarantee you'll get them! They ruined pictures/memories and monies I cannot ever get back and I wouldn't trust them with your precious memories/photos either. They also took 3 days to develop the first roll I had taken them and almost didn't give me the photos because they weren't priced by the lab tech! I'm also moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy and just done with them.. WHY NOT COVER THE MACHINE BEFORE OPENING IT AS TO NOT EXPOSE THE NEGATIVES?
