I will never go back to Vision One ever again. After having to arguing with the receptionist about my benefit allowance ( she was telling me it was thirty dollars less ) I was finally able to order my contacts and was told I would be called in 7 to 10 days to pick up. When I got home and spoke to my insurance company and found out I was right about my benefit allowance I called Dr. Nicholson's office and was able to get "office credit" (what BS). Three weeks after not hearing from them I called several times and got a promise each time to get a call back after they looked into it, I finally asked to speak to the office manager and an hour later Dr. Nicholson called me back to tell me my contacts were back ordered. No apology for the delay, no apology for the many phone calls I had to make, no apology for receptionists error, NOTHING. I have decided to leave my "office credit" and go somewhere else, I'ts not worth the disrespect.
