After trying out many places, my whole family and I have been going to this place for at least 15 years, and we still think its the best. Even when I was in college I tried other places but they couldn't compare and would even postpone eye appointments til visiting home. The place is very clean, professional, has state-of-the art equipment (they just upgraded equipment recently), and has great service! Staff and Dr. Harren Chu are very nice and friendly, I always enjoy my visit. I also appreciate how Dr. Chu is really patient and truly cares about her patients. Once I wanted to try out toric contacts for my astgmatism, but due to my prescription it was hard to find a match. She let me try out many different lens, requiring many follow up visits since she wanted my eyes to have time to get used to it. After I didn't like them, she even ordered custom fit ones for me to try. In the end, I decided toric lens were not worth it. Not only was she understanding she did not charge me a dime for any of the many follow up visits and toric lens I tried! Most doctors will at least charge you for each visit. The only thing I noticed in the past that could be improved is sometimes the wait time. The place is too nice and so are lenient with people that are late, which builds up and causes others to have to wait. Last time I visited though I did notice an improvement and was told that they were addressing the issue.
