Review content:
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I dropped off a dress with a small strawberry juice stain on it to specifically be worked out. When I picked it up I gave them my debit card and then looked at the dress. The pink spot, although discrete and easily missed, looked exactly the same as it did when I dropped it off. I had dabbed it immediately with water leaving a small water ring right around it. The girl who worked at the desk looked in the computer and said it wasn't annotated in the computer or on the slip that it was dropped off for a stain removal, only dry cleaning. If it was there for stain removal, they would mark the stain and document it on the slip. I explained that I pointed out the stain when I dropped it off, and that was the only reason I brought it in. They said they only dry cleaned it but I could leave it for them to get the stain out. I couldn't leave it because I am taking it on vacation in the morning. I wanted my money back but they said they could not give me a refund without permission from the manager. They called him on the phone and he told me that they don't document every time they try to remove a stain so just because it wasn't on the slip doesn't mean they didn't do it and he would have to come in to verify whether it was done or not. I waited 20 minutes for him to come in and then he told me that he himself worked on that stain and it would not come out. He said that they try to document when they work on a stain but they can't document 500 stains. Really?? I told him there was no way because it looks exactly the same but he maintained that he did his job and refused to give me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
