My house exterior needed a lot of wood siding and trim replaced, then needed a full repaint. I found Doug Gorton. His estimate was on the higher side (tho not the most expensive), but I got what I paid for. Doug himself was a professional, but relaxed and helpful. His experience showed in his processes and decisions, including helping us pinpoint the final paint colors to use. His crew was wonderful, especially the lead, Aurelio. They were always polite, professional, showed good judgment about what wood to replace. They knew their stuff and worked hard. Any time we would have a request about some detail, it was never a problem, always addressed with a smile. We were told 2 weeks to finish it and it was done in 2 weeks. No hidden costs or "well, the problem is bigger than we originally thought so it's now going to cost you more...". No b.s. like that. We got what we paid for and my wife and I are very happy with the results. I really appreciate that they endeavor to serve the customer to ensure they are happy. I would certainly use them again for any future projects.
Pros: Excellent customer service. Solid work.
