Businiess name:  Casa San Carlo

Review content:
I have dined at San Carlo over 5 times now. It is so refreshing to have something similar to the Italian food I miss from NY. I called one evening on a saturday and the manager remembered my name and guarranteed my wife and I seats at the bar, knowing that seating was at least an hour wait. Now thats personalized service. I have eaten the veal and found it fork tender and the red sauce is close to my mother in law's, who happens to be from Sicily. The only complaint I have is the wine list is not as varied as I liked but found a good brunello. I have eaten at the local Italian eateries and found the veal tough and the red sauce just passable, but the chef at San Carlo is not afraid of garlic and fresh herbs. Keep up the good work! Pros: Real garlic, reservations, Food quality Cons: children
