My first day as a patient about 2 years ago I went in to get x-rays and the lady that did my xrays asked the dentist to come into the room and the dentist said "you have a couple cavities" the xray lady laughed and said did u look at the ones in between her teeth like she was literally laughing about my cavities to the dentist in front of me like i wasnt there.. i was extremely irritated and i was already upset because i brush my teeth min of 5 times everyday.. im a bit obsessive.. so when i left i had no intention of going back.. well after making a ton of phone calls i found out that this is the only company in my area that takes my crappy medicaid.. so i had no choice.. she said i have 5 cavities now and need 2 root canals.. my teeth never hurt so i was kind of iffy but i figured she knows what shes talking about so i went ahead let her do the 5 fillings and she did one root canal and said that the other one was so bad she had to send me to the specialist.. mind u none of my teeth hurt at all.. my dad decided he wanted his dentist to take a look.. even though my insurance wouldnt cover it.. so i did.. he did an x ray of that tooth and he said that there was a cavity but there was nothing that he saw that would make him want to do a root canal.. i am so mad that i didnt go to him in the first place.. now i have to get a crown on my other tooth that i let her give a root canal and it was completely unnecessary.. also i read a review on google and a lady brought her daughter in and the dentist at great expressions and they told her she had 12 cavities, she got 2 second opinions and both of them said she didnt have any!! Also when i let her do my root canal she already knew from doing my fillings that i get kinda nervous.. she asked me if im on meds i told her no as she started doing the root canal i had a few tears run down the side of my face.. she stopped gave me a dirty look and asked me again in a rude tone "are u sure ur not on any meds?" n i never have been i told her that before we started.. she is rude and so is the xray lady.. on the bright side the 2 receptionists are very friendly lady who cleaned my teeth the second time i went in..
