Review content:
I thought that customer service was dead.... until I found King Florist of Austin! I have never bought flowers over the internet or phone and was nervous about them being right and getting them to her on time. I called them this morning and in 3 hours they were on her desk and perfectly what I ordered. I can tell you that i have never been happier with a flower company in my life, but all I ask is that you give them the chance to make you a life customer like I am.
Pros: PERFECT!
Cons: The only downside is that they are in Austin and I'm in Los Angeles..... branch out!
