Very bad experience. This company will show up for a job and claim that they don't have the right part and then demand payment for essentially nothing. In my situation, the part was a very common one whose description I had provided them prior to their arrival. Basically they drove here, told me they didn't have the part and then asked for $150 for doing zero work whatsoever. They weren't ready to work but still charged me for work, leaving me to seriously doubt the ethics of this business and their service to future customers. Go somewhere else that doesn't send out 'empty' trucks.
