My elderly friend needed a new washer and dryer for her condo. Arnold's was recommended by a neighbor. Their pricing was much better than the other stores. The consideration they showed our friend was exceptional. The gentlemen who delivered the appliances were efficient, very thorough and very considerate. They spent the time to show my friend how to operate the machines. The next day.... my friend could not make the machines turn on. She called me, I head up to her house, and when I arrived, to me surprise and delight, the installer from the day before was back showing her how to operate the washing machine. It seems Arnold's applicance understands the true meaning of exceptional customer service.
