I'm a new motorcycle owner - never ridden before. I purchased a used Goldwing trike from ebay. It was shipped to Milwaukee in a crate. Don & Roy's offered to have it rerouted to there facility, where it was uncrated and inspected. They suggested several maintenance items, carefully explaining each and why it should be done. They then rode/drove the trike to my residence, at which time they spent over an hour explaining operation of the trike.
