Review content:
Hotel looks as though it used to be 4 star. Now floors are cracked and worn. Room looked nice, nice bathroom but no refrigerator or bar in the room. Guest services looked plush but got our reservations wrong and it took much work to iron out. Two-three staff stated they straightened out our reservation. It took 3-4 staff people to fix.
Pros: Room was nice but not as nice as a Holiday Inn Express. For the name Hilton.... Work out room and pool. Restaurants.
Cons: Lobby a bit worn, rooms furnished nicely but nothing special
