What is up with this place? Why is the staff never the same? I can never get the same therapist for facials or massage. The front desk staff is never the same, and how hard is it to get an appointment straight. Not to mention why can?t I buy a gift card for any dollar amount. Why do I have to spend $100.00 to get an $88.00 service? I was also told I could leave a tip on the gift card. Then when I went to check out I was told I had to use it toward a service or on over priced product. Save your money go somewhere else. It makes you wonder why they cant keep a steady staff. The Service has definitely gone down hill. Its really a shame because it really was a nice place.
Pros: Nice lounge
Cons: No Parking, high staff turnover, hard to book Appointments, bad gift card policy
