Review content:
I decided to share my experience as I was shocked with the response I got from the owner. Marks was the only place I used to get my drycleaning done until - the chemicals they used on a few occasions caused my clothes to smell awful!! I also requested the shirts to be hand finished and not starched. Obviously willing to spend more $$...I got the shirts back STARCHED and not at all hand finished. This happened to me 3 times in a row and when I got clearly upset about it, the owner who was on the premises pretended not to hear the whole thing and did not even say a WORD. When I spoke to her on the phone, she was extremely disrespectful and belitteling. No more Marks.
