It doesn't matter if I get an oil change or due a major service. Every time I have used this shop I always have a good experience. If I were to ask advice such as I wanted to buy a 2001 BMW so I called Jonathan he told me that he sees these cars in his shop all the time and that it would nickel and dime me to death. He could easily tell me to buy it since he knows that I would use him to fix it but rather he says to not buy it and to stick with my Acura instead. This meant a lot to me because he could have encouraged me to buy it and end up spending big bucks at his shop. He just seemed to really care about my personal interest rather than his own.
