Called them up, the owner picked up the phone and was happy to answer all my preliminary questions and set me up for an appointment. Brought my Mini Cooper in, they explained the different tint options, showed me samples, showed me what it would look like on the car, etc. Any question I asked they answered and I had full confidence in their knowledge and experience.
Pros: Experienced, customized options, quality product and installation
Cons: A bit pricier, but worth it
