This place is great. When reading the codes for the engine light, they made me aware that the dealer had to flash the computer to update my transmission because they could not do this service. After hours of time and receiving the "run around" from the dealer, they said the problem was something else. When I questioned why the transmission shop would voluntarily give up business that they could fix, they had a negative comment to make. I took my car back to Cottman without allowing the dealer to do any work, and asked them to check out what the dealer said was the problem. They could find no evidence of such a problem.
