Review content:
First of all, to be voted #1 of New Haven I made an appointment expecting to look #1 when I was finished. They didn't listen to what I wanted and chopped off most of my hair and got the worst layers of my life. The color was dull and boring. When I wanted the color fixed, they wanted a product fee to be paid! I just spent 200 dollars and when it came out horrible, I had to go thru so much just to get them to fix it and wanted an additional fee. Bad customer service! To top it off when I went to check out there was probably five girls and a man standing over them, he must of been a manager or the owner, I felt extremely uncomfortable. He was talking bad about other clients and even his own staff in front of people trying to pay. The bathroom was so dirty I didn't even want to use it. Overall my experience was not good and I wish I had gone somewhere else! If this is considered New Haven's top salon, its pretty sad!
