Review content:
Once they get your money they don't care what happens with your procedure(s). I paid for 6 lipo dissolve treatments (a procedure no longer available) and received 3 treatments by inexperienced PA's. The treatments, done almost a year and a half ago, have left me with bruised and dimpled skin, probably for a lifetime. They would not give me my money back for the 3 treatments I didn't use. They would not let me use the credit for anything other than to treat the area I was being treated for with lipo dissolve. So, I received one Accent treatment and was told 3 would treat the problems from lipo dissolve. So, I ended up paying even more money for 2 of the Accent treatments. After complaining about the non-improved condition of my skin they gave me more Accent treatments . . . which I have since found out would never fix the problems I'm having. They refuse to work with me on a refund and argue that, no matter what my problems are from lipo dissolve, I got free Accent treatments so I should be happy. Very unprofessional.
