I have to agree with the above review that I wish they had later evening hours. The Saturday hours do help, but sometimes you just want to stop by after work. They're open until six, but I have a long drive and usually can't make it there by then.
Pros: Staff was really great - made weight loss fun
Cons: Agree with the later hours
