I wish I would have read this other review sooner. What a nightmare this has been. A simple move and reassemble job turned into a two week evolution with nobody returning my calls (they charged my card before they started so they already had my money). Customer service absolutely horrible! They are also way over priced. I had to reschedule 3 different times. My move cost me an extra 400 dollars in the end. What a rip off, DO NOT CALL LONG BILLIARDS!!! If they say they'll be there at 4, count on 7 with no phone call.
