Caution to anyone staying at this hotel. I recently stayed there and and a ring was stolen from my room. Part of this was my fault for leaving it in the room. Yes I was upset that the ring is gone. But the customer service I received from the Asst. Manger and the General manger was the worse that I have ever experienced. I ask that the manger call me on my cell phone, and that took asking 2 times, and then he call my room and left a message. This hotel they do not care about the customer. If you stay here do not leave anything of value in the room the maid will take it and then claim they never seen it. The hotel and their claim company always take the side of the employee. And will inform you that they are not responsible of something stolen. Pros: close to almost everything Cons: hotel staff steal from guest
