Businiess name:  Forrest Ave Vet

Review content:
18 months ago I brought my 10 year old golden retriever to this clinic for her shots and a routine checkup, which included blood work. After the dog went home I never heard anything from the office. Over the year, the dog started showing signs of arthritis and sore joints- I contributed this at first to age. I took the dog to another vet partly because the staff attitude at Forest Avenue Veterinarian Hospital had been offstandish. The new vet took blood and had my old records sent over. The new vet learned that the dog tested positive for Lyme disease from the blood work that was earlier done at the Forrest Ave. Veterinarian Hospital and the disease had gone untreated. So her joints were inflamed from Lyme disease not arthritis. The dog suffered needlessly and had some permanent joint damage because of that. Pros: Clean environment, convenient location Cons: Rude and Negligent Staff
