I've been coming to the Costa Mesa Sears Auto Center for about three years now, after they went above-and-beyond the call of duty to get me included in a day-after-thanksgiving tire sale that ended at noon day-after-thanksgiving.. Compared to the other Sears Auto Centers nearby, I always get waited on promptly, the service or repair gets done by the time they say, and I leave with a satisfying feeling of the business transaction overall. If you get tires, the road hazard warranty is worth it's weight in gold, especially if your vehicle is front-wheel drive, where the front tires usually wear much faster than the rear tires when left unrotated, due to front-heavy weight distribution of a front wheel drive vehicle. Tire rotations will be free, puncture fixes and flats will be fixed free, and road hazard tire destruction is covered, all at any Sears nationwide. There's a big McDonald's in the same mall (plenty of room to stay for a while), also a Starbuck's close to McDonald's; get a Coke, take a book, and relax at McDonald's for the Sears Auto Center service on your vehicle to be completed !
