Review content:
I went to JJ Tracks because I wanted to stay local. It was not worth it. Besides having to call to get updates on my car, and find out if it was finished, my car coincidentally developed a new problem with the climate control system while it was in their care. They estimate that fixing the new problem will cost about twice as much as the problem I brought it in for. I understand that I drive a crappy car, and it has problems, but I have a hard time believing that a system I had no problems with before I took it in ?coincidentally? started acting up when it entered their shop. They did not even mention this problem, until I came back for a resolution.
