Review content:
This is the worst car buying experience we have ever had. Salesman didn't know anything, promises were never kept, the car rattled from day one and scratched just looking at it. We were told it was our fault because we bought a dark colored car - seriously? They tried for weeks and weeks to fix the sun roof rattle and the windows rattling with little success. The last straw was when we noticed all of the chrome had started to rust and we were told that it was the chemicals that they use on the road and that we shouldn't drive when its snowing. We had this 2011 Highlander for 7 months, we traded it for a 2012 BMW yesterday. We were treated like human beings by BMW and are thanking our lucky stars that we never have to deal with LARRY H. MILLER TOYOTA AGAIN. GOOD RIDANCE! Pros: null Cons: null
