We had our dog groomed at Wagville all last year?during 2008. The tall blond groomer (Tad?) was GREAT, and Wagville even won an award from City Search for best of grooming in 2008, for this groomer's impressive work. That blond guy was really an incredible groomer! HIs grooming left the dogs incredibly soft and his haircuts were show quality. BUT, those days are gone! Like most staff members, that great groomer is now gone, and his replacement does NOT do the great job that tall blond guy did (how we long for our dog to be soft and well clipped again!) Hummpfff! Groomers, reception staff?NO ONE stays working for long at Wagville? What is going on with that? We aren't going back to Wagville?something is wrong there...! Pros: Good Location Cons: Constantly Changing Staff and Quality!
