Service technician, Don, came to my house to repair my air conditioner. He determined it could be one of three expensive parts. He went to Trane to get a tester to determine the correct part at the same time picking up the parts. I was impressed with his intergrity to not just indiscriminitely replace parts. He also worked fast as I had an 11 a.m. Doctors appointment. He finished the job so that I made my appointment on time. Don is an excellent employee and I wanted you to know that I appreciate the excellent service.
