Review content:
We hired Kitchen Express II to remodel our kitchen. It is a larger than average sized kitchen and the remodel was extensive with higher end elements. We were told the project would take 4 to 6 weeks. After six months and numerous problems, our kitchen is about 95%complete. Many, but not all, of the problems were due to an independent designer. Because of the project, we were not able to use our garage or our basement gym throughout the winter. We are pleased with the end result, but due to all of the problems, the kitchen had major schedule overruns. The people at Kitchen Express II and the contractor they use are very nice and met with us to review our concerns, but this project and its very slow pace tried our patience to a very large degree.
