Horrible company... When the owner Alon came to my home after canceling our appointments 3 times he took his measurements and explained to me I would receive an email with the estimate within the week. However, after three weeks it never showed. Finally when it did turn up I was surprised at the price as I had another company give me a bid much less. I did in turn go with Unique Windows as many people in my building had used them. What a disaster... the roller shades arrived in the wrong color after 5 weeks after our discussed arrival date. I was then told I had to pay another 500.00 dollars on top of what was in my estimate for motors that I was led to believe were included. This company is a joke with multiple business names so its difficult to check them in the BBB. beware. Not only did I have trouble but my neighbor wound up have the exact problem. Very poor customer service and a non professional bunch or employees .
