Review content:
Saturday afternoon I called and they said they were closed, I explained that Sat was my only good day, he said he would wait untill I arrived. ETA 20 minutes. I arrived with my Sony Bravia and told him that after we had watched a DVD and turned it back to TV mode the cable picture would not come on. He plugged it in and hooked up his "USB" like cord and the TV worked. He said that he could fix my bad tuning circuit but suggested that since I was connected to a Comcast DVR box that I should just connect the TV with either a cable like his or a three video cable hookup like I used for my DVD and use a video circuit. His advise not only worked but was free and my picture quality is better. I was not only totally pleased but amazed that their staff member would suggest a free fix to my problem instead of repairing the TV and handing me a $350.00 bill that I was expecting. Two thombs up Guys!!
