I have mixed feelings about the service given me by Dr. Lain. As an adult, I have experienced more acne than when I was a teenager, but it still isn't awful. In fact, it is minor, but I just had some blemishes and blackheads I wanted to be rid of. My first visit with Dr. Lain was great. He and his office staff are wonderful. I was given a few prescriptions for my acne, and within weeks, my skin was clearing. My problem with Dr. Lain resulted from my follow-up appointment when Dr. Lain spent all of 3-4 minutes with me saying there was not much more he could do for me even after I explained to him that I had many blackheads on a daily basis. I didn't expect a miracle, and I understand that my skin may never be perfect, but I did expect a little more time from him. I felt thrown to the curb. He even admitted to me that that had to have been the quickest doctor appointment I'd ever had! I guess after reading how wonderful he was with Botox and skincare, I expected he could help me. I will follow up with him, but I don't have the faith in him I did before.
