Review content:
put on a set of tires with the wrong size, noticed what happened after got home. not only the wrong size tires caused speedometer to mismatch with the vehicle, but also those tires were unsafe, so called them up to ask for an exchange and pay the difference for a better set with the correct size. the service advisor, tim, denied mistakes and refused the resolution unless pay extra for another service (mount & balance). but it was their mistakes.... shouldn't people who work for "Expert" Tire be the "experts"? if that's the case, why didn't they know that the wrong size of tires can cause a mismatch on the speedometer? if they know it, then why did they still mount the wrong size tires on my vehicle? seems like they're either NOT EXPERTS like their name, or they're trying to scam their customers.... BE WARE....
Pros: close to town
Cons: awful service, KNOW NOTHING about tires....
