my husband got his dentures made here less than a month ago and we have had to go back several times each week to get them "adjusted." they only give you free adjustments for the first 30 days, no exceptions. so we really have to keep coming up here, hoping they'll finally get them right. they don't fit and they do not listen to you when you tell them the dentures don't fit. he didn't have bucked teeth when he had teeth but the dentures give him bucked teeth. we have told the dentists and the other staff that the dentures are too big, they will not stay in his mouth even with fixodent or poli-grip, or any other adhesive we've tried to use, but they just tell us we'll have to use glue, we'll have to find the right kind of glue. we have been to other dentists in the past to consult about getting dentures and any other dentist will tell you that if the dentures fit right and they're made right, you will not have to use glue. but the dentists here tell you specifically that you're just going to have to use the glue and there's nothing they can do about them not fitting. they have put two soft liners in the dentures...but they still don't fit. he can't even eat soft food without the dentures falling out of his mouth. when they put the soft liners in, or do the "adjustments" they don't even re-measure his gums or anything. i'm not sure exactly how all that works but i can't really understand how they can make the dentures fit to his mouth without measuring his gums or something. we are just going to wait until his gums have completed any shrinking, give it a few months, and go to dixie dental for an adjustment. i wouldn't pay these people for an adjustment because they don't do anything. all they do is stick the dentures back in his mouth and tell him to use glue. don't go here for dentures! i don't know how they do with teeth cleaning but don't get your teeth pulled here either. they do not have a friendly staff or bedside manner and husband said they were rough.
Pros: cheaper, thought we were getting a deal but we found out you get what you pay for.
Cons: bad parking, smelly, small, cramped office, unfriendly and inexperienced staff
