I would give zero stars as a rating if I could. Hired Outdoor Specialities for pool renovation. Big mistake. Too many problems to list here, but they include being told that new pipes were needed around pool and that they would be $11,000, then the price was lowered to $8,000 in the same conversation---had someone else do them for $3000. Same with sand--price on invoice was $500 but when I started questioning the billing, escalatng prices, and add-ons, the sand was suddenly $1200. Owner gets nasty when fees are questioned; uses subcontractors only and does not communicate with them (a subcontractor showed up to work even after we had fired the company!). Had to get another company to complete the job---we spent almost $17,000 for very little work (original invoice was $16K for entire job). Worst part was when owner, after being paid and fired from job, was on our property talking to the new plaster company I had hired!! Stay away from Outdoor Specialties in Kenner, Louisiana! Pros: null Cons: null
