I would like to share my experience with you and let you know I was overwhelmed with the excellence of customer service I received at Toyota of Irving. John Clay and Haus (Manager) were truly awesome in the customer service I was given. Never have I been so welcomed and served in a car dealership, and I have bought many, many cars in my life time. From the moment of parking my vehicle in the customer parking area to the moment we closed the deal and I walked out the door - John was by my side taking care of every need I had and every need he thought I would have.
