We had an appt. with them for an estimate on a Thursday, they did not show up, I had to call to find out why they did not show up and to reschedule the estimate, they were not apologetic and the woman was actually quite rude, however I decided to give them a second chance as people are people after all, they said they would be come the next day and again, I spent my morning waiting for them to show up and they never did. How do they expect to gain customers? I would never recommend for anyone attempt to use their services, they will only waste your time and frustrate you.
