I ordered a particular trophy for my little leaguers. I called days ahead to confirm that the order would be delivered as promised as we had planned our award banquet for a particular date and they told me that everything was on track. The day before our event and before delivery of the trophies they call me to tell me that the trophy I wanted was out of stock and that they were replacing it with another similar trophy. At this point we really had no choice than to take whatever they gave us since I was not about to show up at the awards banquet without the trophies. The quality and craftmanship was noticeably lower but I had to argue that a discount be applied. They reluctantly gave me an 8.5% discount. Needless to say I was highly disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.
