Review content:
We tried to hire this company to service our new pool. Our initial contact was great and scheduled a time to come out and give us a qoute. The first indication of trouble was when they did not show up. We followed up with a phone call and somebody there named Kevin asserted his guy had been there, had performed service, but could not tell us the date or time. At that point we informed Kevin that his services were no longer needed (as far as we could tell, no one had visited, since gate to the backyard is locked).
