This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. I booked and confirmed an 8:30 am appointment 1 1/2 week in advance with Jeff as I had guests coming in from out of town for the 4th of July. No one called to tell mt that my appointment was moved, cancelled or anything. I called many times and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! What kind of company has calls going to voice mail all day? After many messages and desperate pleas that someone please just show up, someone called me back at 1:30 pm to say that my appointment has been moved without me ever being notified. Thankfully by then one of the many companies I called for back up, Tru Kleen Carpet Cleaning had an opening and agreed to come to my home to do a cleaning. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Don't waste your time like I did.
