Mirage Spa is one of those places that give you customer service even after the sale, they have been around forever, the staff is experienced and NICE, they have the brand Sundance Spas which is the best brand out there, they are locally owned by the Port family (I met them while I was there including their dogs), and they did so much for me both before and after I bought the tub.
Pros: customer service, location, knowledge, brand, length of time in business
Cons: bring the dogs in more often and I agree on the butterfingers in the candy dish
