I purchased a hot tub from Mirage in 2003. I researched every brand available in St. Louis and created a spread sheet to analyze my results which included the tub and the store service. I narrowed down the options to 3 and sat in the tubs at the stores with water. The actual testing of the tubs was significant. The Sundance spa at Mirage had more powerful jets than any other tub. My favorite seat has 14 jets that massage my whole back on either side of my spine, across my shoulders and on my neck. The jets were adjustable so I could turn them down for my kids. I researched the company and found that they had great customer service. After selecting the spa and getting in my backyard I found they were still helpful. I lost my owners manual and they spent the time to help me find it on their web site while I was on the phone. They also have spa owners classes to teach you about taking care of the tub. The owner gives the class and I have gone in for a refresher class. The tub has helped me with my headaches, stiff joints and loosened me up for my golf game. I spend 15 minutes a night in it and it really has become an important part of my day. It relaxes me and helps me even fall asleep more easily. I was very surprised at some of the benefits. My grade school son has chronic headaches and he gets in it when he feels terrible. It really has helped him feel better quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a tub.

Cons: I should have bought a bigger tub!
