Review content:
We called Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Fort Wayne, because we had a clog in our outside drain. Our plumber, Dax, arrived right on time. He tried for several hours to unclog our drain but the tree root would not move. He said he would have to use a jetter, but he would have to go back to the office to get it. He returned in a very short time and got the drain cleaned out. He said the drain also had a block in the city line and he would notify the city they would need to come out and clean out their drain. Dax worked thru his lunch hour and was very helpful. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again if I needed help with our plumbing. Thank you Roto-Rooter.
