My husband woke up early Thursday morning to a cold shower. He went to the basement and found water spewing from the top of our water heater. Called Fort Wayne Roto-Rooter right away and a plumber arrived before noon just like they said they would. The plumber Dax was knowledgeable and honest about our options. He had a new water heater installed and back to normal in less than 2 hours. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely call again with any plumbing problems!
