Heather, My 1997 Honda Civic was rear-ended by some hit and run idiot in SF a few weeks ago. I came across Domport Autobody by driving around my neighborhood. I spoke to Tae and he immediately got the ball rolling. He gave me a time-frame on when he would have the car done and he helped me get a rental car while my car was being repaired. He really helped me understand how the insurance companies reimburse costs for the repairs as well. A couple of weeks later, like clock-work, my car was finished and the rear end looked fantastic! I strongly recommend this autobody shop to anyone in SF!
