Review content:
The vets in there are nice enough but the office staff leaves much to be desired. I was in the waiting room when one of the office staff (Deborah, I think) refused service to a young woman and her very sick puppy because of a payment issue. From what I overheard the payment had been made, just not in a timely manner. The office manager actually spoke very sternly (and quite loudly) to the young lady as she was crying and pleading for her dog to be seen. It was a very sad experience for me to watch and I'm not going to support an establishment with such a disregard for compassion. I wouldn't take my child to a doctors office that would do that and I'm sure not going to take my pets to one either.
