I have given Tuffy's several chances, and they have now lost me as a customer. Going into this shop, Greg and the staff seem like they are a bunch of nice guys who are looking out for your best interests. That keeps up until an oil change turns into a recommendation for an $800 fix (every time). If you do choose to go to Tuffy's and get a recommendation for additional work, make sure that you get it priced by someone else (L&M Transmission does great work). Oftentimes you will find it much less expensive (in my case, one fix was almost half the price and more parts were replaced), and will get a true idea of the problem and options, not just Tuffy's trying to scare your checkbook away from you.
