Review content:
Stephen did a great job on our basement carpet, which hadn't been cleaned in too many years. He was friendly on the phone, came when he said he would be here, worked efficiently and left a much cleaner carpet. When the carpet dried, an area which still had a stain appeared. I gave him a call and he came right back and took out the stain. I'd certainly call him again.
