I had very thin fine hair. I went to other offices but Jernigans was the most understandable. They gave me the most information on all my choices from laser therapy to customized hair to transplants. I was not a good candidate for transplants and they were very upfront about that when they could have talked me into a expensive procedure. I decided to go with a customized hair system and could not be happier! The hair feels great and I love it! The staff is so friendly and they try hard to be sure I understand all my options. As far as cost- I found all the places to be very similiar but Jernigans was the place that made me feel right at home and spent so much time with me with no pressure at all. I would send anyone there that needed hair!
