Review content:
Bought a 3-piece sectional for $2000. Didn't even haggle. Upon delivery, one section was completely damaged, as if it had been thrown out of the truck. Another piece had a damaged foot. I tried to tell the non English speaking delivery crew exactly how to get the furniture through the door, as i had moved all our furniture in myself. They did not listen and, after scratching up the leather couch trying to force it in many times, they did it My way and it worked just fine. I call and complain about the damage. They send out a repair man. I get the thrown-from-truck piece replaced. He covers the scratches with a brown marker and stretches the material tighter to cover the edge damage. I point out the damaged foot/leg of the center piece. He says Havertys will get back with me about fixing it. They never did. That was about four years ago.
Pros: None
Cons: Dishonest, liars
